Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SEOCarousel is operated by Volodymyr Kozieiev, Portugal, NIPC PT310256062 (the "Operator", "we", "our"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

SEOCarousel is a software-as-a-service tool that helps you produce TikTok carousel posts. It includes a Knowledge Base, AI-assisted draft generation (text and images), a visual editor, and direct publishing to TikTok via a connected account.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. Material changes that affect your active subscription will be announced before they take effect.

3. Account and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans (monthly). Starter $29/month, 300 credits. Pro $79/month, 900 credits.
• Plans (yearly). Starter $239/year, 300 credits per month. Pro $659/year, 900 credits per month. Yearly billing carries a discount over the monthly rate.
• Taxes. Prices are listed exclusive of tax; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. For EU customers, Stripe Tax automatically calculates VAT based on your country. Business customers can provide a valid VAT ID at checkout to apply the reverse-charge mechanism.
• Auto-renewal. Both monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account settings (via the Stripe Customer Portal). Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Credits. Each subscription grants a fixed number of monthly credits. Credits do not expire while your account is active. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your subscription becomes past-due and your plan benefits are suspended until payment is recovered. Stripe will retry the payment automatically.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' email notice. Price changes apply at the next renewal.

5. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and no pro-rated refund is issued.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are within 14 days of your first paid charge on a plan and want a full refund, email hello@seocarousel.com and we will issue one. After 14 days the standard non-refundable policy above applies. Credits granted by a subscription are non-refundable in all cases (per section 4).

If you believe a charge was made in error outside the 14-day window, email hello@seocarousel.com and we will review the case.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use SEOCarousel to:

• Create or publish content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Spam, mislead, or defraud TikTok users.
• Generate content that violates the rights of others (copyright, trademark, privacy).
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit limits, or the technical safeguards of the service.
• Reverse-engineer or resell access to the service.

You must also comply with the terms of any platform you publish to, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create with SEOCarousel. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service (including sending it to AI providers and to TikTok via Zernio when you ask us to publish).

8. AI-generated output

SEOCarousel uses third-party AI providers (currently Google Gemini) to generate text and images. AI output may be incorrect, biased, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing every piece of AI-generated content before publishing it.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. We may perform maintenance, and we depend on third parties (Supabase, Stripe, Google, Zernio, TikTok) whose outages may affect the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the service to harm others. You can terminate your account at any time from Settings -> Danger Zone. If you have an active subscription, you must first cancel it via the Stripe Customer Portal (Settings -> Billing). Account deletion becomes available once the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - this matches section 4 (your plan stays active until the period ends) and avoids your card being charged for a renewal after deletion.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Operator's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new Terms.
