Privacy Policy

SEOCarousel ("we", "our") is operated by Volodymyr Kozieiev, Portugal (NIPC PT310256062). This page explains what data we collect when you use SEOCarousel, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to remove it.

1. Data we collect

• Account data. Email address (via Supabase Auth) when you sign up or join the waitlist.
• Content you create. Knowledge Base material, post drafts, images, and templates you upload or generate inside the app. Stored on Supabase.
• Connected social accounts. When you link a TikTok account for publishing, we store the access token and the public account identifier (via Zernio, our publishing partner).
• Billing data. If you subscribe, payment details are collected directly by Stripe. We never see your card number; we receive only a customer ID, plan, and subscription status. If you provide a VAT ID for B2B reverse-charge, we store it alongside your Stripe customer record so it appears on your invoices.
• Usage and diagnostics. Anonymous product analytics (PostHog) and error reports (Sentry) help us debug and improve the product.

2. Why we collect it

• To create and authenticate your account.
• To generate carousels, images, and post drafts on your behalf.
• To publish posts to your connected TikTok account when you ask us to.
• To process subscription payments and credit balances.
• To detect and fix bugs, and improve the product.

3. Who we share it with (sub-processors)

We use third-party services to run SEOCarousel. We share only what each one needs to do its job:

• Supabase - authentication, database, file storage.
• Stripe - subscription billing, customer portal, tax calculation (including EU VAT via Stripe Tax).
• Google Gemini - AI text and image generation. Prompts you send are processed by Gemini to produce results.
• Zernio - TikTok publishing. Receives the post payload and your TikTok access token.
• Loops - waitlist, lead magnet delivery (e.g. the playbook PDF), and product update emails.
• Resend - transactional email (auth confirmations, password resets, billing notifications).
• PostHog - anonymous product analytics.
• Sentry - error monitoring.
• Hetzner - server hosting (EU).

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.

4. Retention and deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings -> Account. Deletion removes your Knowledge Base, posts, images, templates, and the connection to your TikTok account. Stripe retains billing records as required by tax law. Anonymized analytics may persist in aggregate form.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@seocarousel.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie for your authenticated session. PostHog uses a first-party cookie to count unique visitors anonymously. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify active users by email.
